How does Counselling work?

Our Counsellors and Psychologists have a wide variety of backgrounds and work in different ways, using, for example, Person-Centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)Family Therapy, and Clinical Psychology. Have a look at our counselling page to see how different types of support can work for you.

Between them, our team has experience of working with children, adolescents and adults, individually, as couples or as family groups.
